How to load mobiscroll source files with requirejs?

I've downloaded the mobiscroll source code from github. Now I want to include it in my requireJS application, but how?

To clarify, I want to specify "mobiscroll" as a dependency in my modules and have requireJS ensure all the css and js files necessary for mobiscroll are loaded.

I've read about shims, bundles and the other config options but am not sure if or how they can be used for this purpose.

Maybe I'm just struggling to understand the documentation, or perhaps I'm asking too much and need to package mobiscroll into a single minified file first.
