Fully Automatic Convert Javascript to C++ for a math application [duplicate]

I'm wondering if I can save a whole bunch of time by finding a js to c++ converter for a giant math algorithm (numbers in, numbers out).

It's not a huge deal if I have to manually port, but it would save days to do it automatically.

Need to run this on a pic32mx microcontroller, so it HAS to be c++, and I can't embed V8.

I see a bunch of old questions related to this, but now with V8, it converts at runtime, but can I save a compiled version of that?
