Textbox's seem to blink after importing Bootstrap

really weird problem I'm having here. I've imported Bootstrap CSS and now everything has gone wonky. First of all, my textboxes are off center.

I thought this was kinda funky, but it didn't bother me much. I hadn't planned on replacing the textboxes, but I could do it.

My main problem comes when I try and click one of the search results. Briefly, the box disappears. This happens when it is either a plain CSS box, or a Bootstrap styled box.

I'm sure this isn't a lot to go on, but if you need some segment of code just ask me to add it.
