Parsing Javascript variable to Python via Flask

I am currently working on a project that requires parsing variables from a javascript function every 5 ms to a python script that is running. I have an HTML server hosted with flask, but I can't seem to find a fairly simple way to get the variables into the python script. I plan on having that run from the flask server which will also run the car with the data returned from the javascript variables. Any advice on a fairly easy setup would be greatly appreciated!
