HTML Code - GIF Image Rotation onClick Needed

Here is my issue:

I have a client who used wix.com to build their website. Wix has the option to write your own HTML code within the website builder. I have found how to embed an HTML code for an animated GIF that was converted from a 10 sec video.

I need to have the GIF playing on the screen of a TV (which I have now) I then need another GIF to take the place of the other one when clicked. This GIF will represent the old fashioned tv turning off with a beam of light to the center. (I also already have this file).

Lastly once the 2nd GIF plays only once I then need to execute a page jump down the page.
