Can a server page reference a local js file in WebView

As part of building a Cordova application, I have a Webview that display's a remote server page instead of local html file.

Eg

webView.loadUrl('http://ift.tt/1F6Pz0O")

The takePicture.html has a call to Cordova plugin's javascript function. The Cordova plugin's js files are not present in the server side instead I would like to package all the js files related to a plugin in the app. Can the javascript files packaged in the app be made visible to all server pages I view in my Webview
