How do I create a second popup.html for my chrome extension?

I need to show another popup box that would look like the default popup.html. But this second popup would contain different text and it only shows when a user presses a button.

I was thinking of something like this:

if key Q is pressed

open popup2.html at (0, 100)

Is something like this possible in a google chrome extension?
