Need to help create an intranet(limited web programming experience) [on hold]

I am looking to help my sales director create a simple intranet website that our real estate sales people can log into and see a dashboard of where they are tracking MTD/YTD etc. I have very limited experience with programming and really only know html/css with basic javascript. I am not looking for somebody to code this for me, moreso to point me in the right direction. Whether there is a CMS that will suit my needs or not would also be helpful.
