Make an animated GIF with "frame animations"

Is there a way to create something similar to an animated GIF from images using Frame animations, like on http://gifmaker.cc?



I found the some base code at http://ift.tt/1weWPXD but i'm not sure what to make of it.

One of the reasons that I did not put the actual code is that it is way too long to insert all of it.

Could anyone help me figure out how to do this?
