the connection was reset in my firefox browser and other browser [on hold]

i have a problem when i want to access to this websit "http://ift.tt/1u7ogwO" specially Bangladeshi time 8.30 am-8.35am. when I want to access to this site the browser show "the connection was reset". after this time I can access to this site normally. I have done many thing. but I have got no result. so any body can help me giving best solution. I want solution from u by html codes or javascript codes or other.
