How to get value from database that is saved through .change function of javascript in Cakephp

I have drop downs in a form.When i change a drop down another field (that is related to selected drop down) is appear on the form and i select some value and save the record.Now when i edit that record those value is not showing on edit page that i saved through .change() function of java script. I tried this one.Weekly,monthly,quarterly and annually are my frequencies.Different frequency show different fields through .change() function
