How to access user's directory using Chrome App FileSystem ?? How to get fullpath of selected directory in Chrome App?

I am developing a Chrome App in that user can select directory to keep watch on that.like Ex. Chrome MediaGallaries Docs , This can only access mp3 and video and images only , but i want full access to that directory? how can i do it ? how to get Fullpath for selected directory in Chrome App?
